Band practice was cancelled tonight, which turned out okay because it gave Hope and I the excuse to watch the fantastic documentary on WWII, The World at War. I remember watching this when I was around her age when it was on PBS and was totally haunted / fascinated by it. A thorough series on the War that still holds up today as one of the best on the subject.
